Leo Mello
Hi! I’m Leandro — Leo for short.
For as long as I can remember I was a little fish that always loved spending time in the water. I used to be a competitive swimmer in my teen years, and now I am a qualified lifeguard and swim instructor.
I have a way with passing knowledge forward in a manner that people really pick up on: in manageable chunks adapted to every person’s needs, so that each step becomes a solid foundation for the next one.
I’ve been told I have a knack with kids of all ages, and I also enjoy working with adults, including those who never learned how to swim or are afraid of water. So whether you’re a kid or an adult, whatever you affinity with water, I will help get you swimming like a fish before you know it.
Fun fact: I am a bilingual instructor — you can learn in English or Portuguese!

Victor Valdes
I’m a sport enthusiast; especially biking and swimming. I truly believe that swimming should be fun for everyone. At the same time, safety always comes first, because enjoying the water starts with feeling secure in it.
I’ve been fortunate to coach swimmers from different backgrounds including competitive swim clubs, triathletes who need endurance training and new swimmers who want to learn swimming basics. The most rewarding part of coaching for me is to assist people in their development while making them feel secure and helping them find joy in the learning process
